Transport  Freight

To All Customers,
Pls note the transport freight is related with your chosen transport method and your goods total gross weight or cubic volume, so for exact correct transport freight each time, pls contact us directly.

***Remarks:If one carton goods gross weight is less then carton length*width*height/5000
then the goods freight will be depended by the cubic volume( the carton length*widht*height/5000) weight number.( This is esp important needed to know for sending by air or by courier transport method)

Transport Method:
There are three transport method: transportation by air flight, transportation by international courier and transportation by sea(ocean).
According to our export business, if total goods weight more than 100kgs, then we
can think about by air flight and by sea,otherwise by courier will be more convient and cheaper and quicker. 

By courier it is usually the quickest to arrive ,it is charged by gross weight,and no need you to do import customs clearance if goods needed to clear, the courier company will do it for you. And the air flight is the second quickest, need to fit the air flight date,and charged by gross weight, and you need to arrange import customs clearance by yourselef. And the ocean is the lowest, by the cheapest, it is charged by cubic volume.

By air flight: our usual export airport is Shanghai airport. That is we book air space under the help of the forwarder, to arrange the air flight date, then send goods to shanghai airport for boarding. Then we send the copy of the air way bill of lading,commercial invoice and packing list, or other documents you need for your import customs clearance by email or by fax to you for your import customs clearance.
By sea(ocean):our usual export seaport is Shanghai seaport. That is we book 

ship space under the help of the forwarder, to arrange the ocean date, then send

goods to shanghai seaport for boarding. Then we get the ocean bill of lading,

commercial invoice and packing list, or other documents you need for your import customs 
clearance by couirer at freight collect  for your import customs clearance. Or for ocean bill of lading, we can do tex released BL in condition of all your payment has been paid already. So we only need to send these documents by fax or email to you for your cucustoms clearance.
By international courier: We can accept send by freight collect or freight prepaid two modes. by FEDEX, BY TNT,BY DHL,BY DDS,BY UPS ,BY EMS,etc. For freight prepaid, coz different coury and different weight has different freight cost, and also usually this cost is affected by the fuel surcharge variation, so for every exact courier freight prepaid cost, pls just contact us directly every time.
For freight collect, pls tell us your freight collect accout number.But we need always certain gurantee deposit in case of any refusal freight paying after getting goods if by freight collect.

***Remarks: For by sea or by air flight, if every shipment order goods amount under USD2000, we need to surcharge USD120 export related fees( such as documents fees, book space fees, export customs clearance fees, from Yiwu to Shanghai inland transport fees,etc.)
And for the forwarder by sea or by air, we can accept your appointed your own forwarder to contact us, or just use our own forwarder.
